Account locked?

I awoke this morning to find an account I was botting on locked >.<. I've made 3 appeals so far, all denied due to the reason of insufficient information regarding the billing process, which I filled out completely. I used my registered email as the email for that section all 3 times, and specified that I upgraded via a target game card. I have all the recovery questions, as I set them myself, and don't know what else to do. If this is in the wrong section please move it, but all help is appreciated.

 

Have you tried on the forums? They may be able to have a look at your appeals and tell you what else you require to verify ownership.

all of that seemed to be about recovering a changed password, nothing I saw had to do with an actual locked account :s might be me and my fail reading skills

would I be able to post a query even though my account is locked? sorry for all the questions, this is probably the first time I've been denied for an appeal :s kinda nervous.

 

Ah, fair point, you might have to hop on a different account and post on behalf of the locked one ^_^

 

Are you the original owner of the account? I have been in the same predicament as you where I had all the information and stuff but they wouldn't unlock the account because of the IP differences. But I did get the account back by contacting the original owner

 

Either you are not the original owner or bought a membership . This could be your problem

Then your probably never going to get the account back because your IP does not match
