Help with PayPal dispute

So basically recently i've had $20.90 disputed against on PayPal from a recent RSGP sale.

PayPal tells me i have a new dispute which requires my action, when i then press on this link it just takes me to the dispute page where i can request a dispute, i do this and enter the transaction ID and it only comes up with this message:

Advice please?

 

A mod should just close this considering the OP is now banned, i heard he was a ban evader and got tracked to his old banned account.
