Need some help with Avatar

Well, when I get an avatar and upload the URL of it, the avatar doesn't appears animated anymore, it just looks freezed, this is original avatar:

 

That's because it's too large dimension-wise, and possibly too large in file size as well. If vbulletin has to resize a too-large gif, then it turns it into an image rather than a animated GIF.

Notice the auto-sizing vbulletin uses compared to the desired avatar:


The max dimensions you can use for your avatar, unless you donate, is 80x80 pixels.
