Unfortunately we can't do anything because there's no evidence he stole your items. We have to give him benefit of the doubt.

 

Plus the fact I have paid for fire cape and he did not get her so far! Do not want to return the money, does not answer my messages and more in your thead someone accused him too!

Sure!! Read the Pm's!! (Screen 1 & 2) I paid it soon after buying the set as he asked and I still 250k more pros flaks .. It's all in the pm .. He said I would not get picked on because when I was in wave 23 .. Dai sent another pm if he took that day and he said yes so that not one hour .. Hence I waited a little longer and I sent another pm and he said he could not even an hour, and if I wanted the money back was just asking .. Dai said that I did not because his service was good just not fast .. Hence he asked the password and login again and I sent .. 20 minutes later he sent me another pm asking why I had left the cave, and I had not logged in! End of it all .. I lost 6.2 m of the service, my fury, my time and he was not banned or my money back!

In that report he uses the exact same story of the internet cutting out, the possibility your friends knew your password and that's how you got hacked, etc. On top of that, there is clear proof that $7 was sent to the PayPal address specified and that the Fire Cape has not been completed as paid for.

Gauges is now banned until further notice, until he either pays back the initial cost of the Fire Capes, or until he finishes the agreed for & paid for services.
