Do you think criminals store there wealth into virtual currencies like rsgp?

this might sound retarded, but I just thought wouldnt it be a good idea for someone like a drug dealer to store there money into virtual currencies like runescape gold. if he gets caught they would have no way of seizing the gold and they guy would be able to keep his money. It would also be hard for the irs to find out where his money is if its all in rsgp. idk what do you guys think lol

 

I could see someone using Bitcoin to conserve their money, but not something that's so fluctuating like RSGP.

 

btc is just as fluctuating as rsgp... btc gone from 30 to 5.... I've heard about someone getting investigated in world of warcraft at one point...

But to my knowledge i dont think there has been an official case... I know of someone getting charged and convicted of theft in zyngapoker but he hacked the currency.

korslov your crazy to think otherwise it is the perfect launder system... some people move 100$k a month in rsgp.
