    Many others have posted on his thread that he is a possible scammer, so I wanted to bring it to attention.

    It looks like he's refusing an OMM because of the fee. Nothing really suspicious there.

    However I was able to ban him for ban evasion.

    Double edit. It's late and I mistakenly banned you instead of him. Fixing this now...herp
