    Some people are just to busy to care. You would think that you would respect your community a lil more as to their the reason your game is doing so well.

    That's right, Jagex Ltd. sells out well over 200 desks; only to humans that have a knack for wearing towels on their heads.

    Anyone emailed jagex before?

    I've emailed them before my account was hacked too and they didn't do anything they just sent me an automated message saying thank you we will read this soon or something. its been 2 years and still no-reply

    I too am still waiting on a reply, and it's been about 16 days now. it's nice to know I'm not the only one..

    I sent them an email before and they replied within a day or two. Not sure why it is taking so long for them to e-mail you :/

    I received a reply today from them, saying they have been experiencing high amounts of emails and they are hiring more staff to get it sorted.. Hopefully its soon
