    Not Receiving emails from Jagex for password changes.

    please help? i can't change password as my email still works but I'm not receiving emails.

    are you sure its the right email? you might have registered your account on another email. and it normally take 1-5mins before you get the email, you should check your junk folder too just incase :)

    yeah i been wondering if its registered to another, but I'm sure its not. Because I recovered my account. And the email worked. and said it would send email. However i still haven't received a message from them...

    btw i keep getting these emails from "jagex" claiming I'm on their watch list for real world trading. I'm sure its not real.

    never mind, people on rs forums are having similar problems. not just me. I feel a lot safer now.

    Not Receiving emails from Jagex for password changes.

    Lately I've noticed that it can take up to an hour before the email arrives. (Talking about password/email adress changes here).

    If you really need that email wiped from your account, ask a jmod on the rs forums to do so. He'll most likely remove it, and then you'll have to do a recovery.
