The pattern you have overlaid ruins it. This isn't a tech-like sig and it doesn't need that feel. I think it would look better using smooth C4D renders to frame the focal and help with the flow. You could also do more work with the lines like you did in the bottom right hand corner. Behind the focal needs a lot of work because it just looks so messy and I am not even sure the relevance of it to the rest of the piece. It really draws attention away.

I did the same stock :embar:. You should try to get a smooth cool feel to it, as that's the predominant theme. You're not techy under water. You're smooth, calm, and relaxing.

I'm guessing you posted this on the forums to get CNC for it. If you didn't want criticism then don't post it. Comebacks like that are not needed and I was living in Louisiana when Katrina happened so snide jokes like that are also unnecessary. You're right, Katrina wasn't smooth, calm, or relaxing and it also wasn't a joke so piss off with that.

 

I can't really see what is even going on in this image, to an average person this just looks like a surfer, lots of blues, lots of patterns/textures and lots of editing.

The brightness in the bottom left makes it even harder to see what is going on.

All hope is not lost though! try changing some things around, i just think it's a few things that need to be changed to make a great image
