Player Auction disbursments

Hey,

I just noticed the last 2 Disbursments PA was suppose to send me didn't get to me, infact they marked them off as sent 4 days ago and 2 days ago.
Atm I'm waiting for pa live chat to come on as they never reply to my emails.

Has this happened to anyone else?

#Told me to check paypal balance.

#I Requested Paypal unique ID off them.

#They told me it would take 24-48 hours to provide me with it.

#The 48hours expired.

#I rang paypal and they informed me that the fault didn't fall on their end and that I need to contact the website(playerauctions)

#They told me to email them about my concerns and ended chat.

#76 hours have now passed and no contact has been made by PlayerAuctions.

#102 hours no contact made by player auctions and to top it off a 3rd disbursement has gone missing.

#139 hours have now passed still no contact from PA.

#260 hours have passed, No contact made by pa. I've spoken to live chat plenty of times requesting the paypal ID I've also sent 3 emails, and still nothing.

#lost count of the hours, Now its been 15 days and still no reply to all the emails I send them.

 

Still need help with this, its been around 18hours since i got in touch with them and im still not getting any help, other than them suggesting I check my paypal balance. They also told me it will take 48hours to give me the Unique Transaction ID which I need in order to contact Paypal.

 

has it said it was disbursed? sometimes they say it takes 48 hrs to clear.

 

Yes, the first one on the 26th the 2nd on the 28th, its never happened in the past and its strange that it happened to these two auctions, as they both were not runescape related.

 

They fucked me over too I had a $50 prepaid card and now most of the balance is on hold till next week.

 

Has now been 6 days since the first payment should of arrived. The 24-48 hour deadline they gave me has expired, still yet to receive a payment or the unique ID paypal provides and I get shit like this.

I really hate Playerauctions right now.

 

I know stories of them holding tons of money for up to 6 months, sorry man.

 

Thing is they are telling me its been sent, but I havnt received it. Also Its not a ton of money, actually its less than $40 but the fact that it didnt show up is why im so pissed off.

 

make sure your disbursement settings are correct.

 

I did check that, they are.

 

76 hours have now passed still no paypal id has been provided and still no resolve. This is driving me insane, I've even resorted to abusing the live support for their lack of keeping to their own deadlines. I never seem to get the same live chat operator anymore even though i use to always get the same one.

 

Happend to me before I had to wait like 5 weeks till I did get my money LOL. Was when some1 was abusing moneybookers

 

No, they arnt holding my money, they are telling me they sent it.

 

102 hours still no resolve still no contact and another missing disbursement this time for runescape.

 

Been about 139 hours now, still no contact from PA.

 

171 hours, what do you know, still no contact.

 

Very strange, i have never had a problem with them.

 

I've had this before. I think it took them 2 weeks after my disbursement date to send me the payment. I went on their live chat everyday and I would receive the same questions/responses everytime

 

Calm down, im waiting for alot in disbursements so they called me and told they are having problems with their US paypal so you won't be getting money before thursday. Or if you get in contact with their support then they can send you from their Hongkong paypal with much higher fees.


And their livechat are idiots you need to contact them by email to get responses by the guys that actually know something.

 

I recently bought 100m off a seller this morning, got a verifying payment from PA for a good bit, the seller ended up canceling the payment because it was taking too long. Im not sure if i want to try using it again..

Btw, on my payment transaction it says it was cancelled, does that mean i got my money back already or do i have to wait for a refund?
On my money sent tab it shows nothing
