I didn't but having screenshot of kiln completed or fire cape in this case is an requirement to do service for this guy. Read the stickies

 

I've read the stickies. The screenshot is a requirement if you're making your own services, not if you offer it to individual people.

 

As imagine has said twice i believe, you need a completed screen shot if and only if you are making a service.
