Fastest way to get 99 attack???

Hey was wondering what the fastest way to get 99 attack would be. I have about 8m to spend and my stats are as follows:
att-91
str-91
def-92
hp-92
prayer-66
summoning - 73
combat - 122

 

our very own jack goff wrote a really good cbt guide here http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1416848 around 200k xp/hr ! other than that you are limited to more conventional methods like yaks/bandits/spiders/apes guards at mucccchh slower xp rates

edit: just remembered you cant train JUST atk with the blisterwood polearm, so you would more than likely be best off wearing void praying piety/turmoil deflect melee at ape guards. seeing as your only 66 prayer i guess the best move would be chivalry and protect from melee but piety would help alot

 

No offense but...Train? Just train man, go to bandits with a whip and auto relatiate. It's not hard. And if you can't be bothered to manually train, bot it lol.

Bot/AFK armored zombies.

 

Buy d claws with your 8 mill and go bot at troll invasion. (With your stats you would get like 90k+/h

 

Bandits would also my suggestion to you or Pest Control.

 

The very key to getting great combat XP is looking for monsters with High HP, low defence. other bonuses can be those with good loots, less people there etc.

Here are lots of suggestions i would give:

Pest Control
Spiders (At Stronghold of security)
Tzhaar monsters (High HP Low defence, not bad cash too will still profit)
Slayer (Always good to slay when training combat, 99 slayer is a long path)
Greater Demons
Black Demons
Bandits

And many many more.
