Recovering my Account

My xbox live got hacked :c

 

If you created the account...and it has a login email...I don't even see how they could change the email, I'm pretty sure you could recover with the email. I'm not 100% sure because I've never created an account with the new system that you have an email as login.

 

Nope i tried, Is there anything I can do?

If you don't have the email or someone has registered one on your account your best option is "[email protected]" it is the fastest replying system because it is the most universal staff position (every mod is active in it).

If your account is a member you will get it back within 3 days, assuming you'be provided the proper details.

Non members usually get their accounts back in 5-7 days.

If you need a lock, you can make a new account and post on forums telling them to lock your account.

In your email tell them you have no history of the email and need it removed, include your recovery questions, date creted, ISP, IP, membership, etc, etc.

Since they changed the email, the email log in wont work.

 

Where do I make a thread to lock it?
