His name on powerbot is earthquake and in the thread you can see he is banned and he used the same skype name.

 

Simply being banned on another forum is not sufficient grounds for a ban on Sythe, sorry. Unless the ban on another forum was a severe violation of Sythe rules (scamming), then it's fine.
