Galaxy Note, Screen Repair

I was dumb enough to drop my poor phone and shatter the screen.
The phone can still be used, but it really annoys me and I just have to change it.

Sadly I found out the Galaxy Note's screen is special, so to replace it would cost me at least 250$.

Anyone know where I could possibly find a cheaper place to get a new screen? I really don't have 250$ to give for the screen right now.

 

Is it just a crack or is the touchscreen itself broken?

 

Well, apparently in Galaxy Note, both the sceen and touchscreen are one, as far as ive been told. So, I dont really know what to tell ya. When i look at it, it appears that only the top screen is broken whilst the one underneath is not. But I keep getting told its both together.
