Possible Gielenor Games No Clip?

So I was doing the cheese wheel rolling, and experienced massive lag at the exact moment I lost. Here is what happened (it's complicated):

1. The contribution points and xp screen with play now / tele to varrock pops up for half a second, then dissapears.

2. I suddenly find myself in the Blue Moon Inn, with the "fallen over" animation playing. My character then "Gets up" off the floor.

3. I then appear just south of the Gielenor Games Portal in Varrock Square, and my character begins to run south using the same animation as the cheese wheel rolling. It however does consume run energy.

4. You can return to normal at this point by moving anywhere.


My Theory: The point I fell over in the cheese wheel rolling area is in the same position relative to the portal back to varrock at the top as the blue moon inn is to the portal in the surface world. Considering there is already a glitch where you can walk on air at the end of the race, maybe it is possible to fall over somehow in the air at the end, and then teleport to another location in surface RS?

What are your thoughts?

All that shows is him getting out and walking around on the air. My theory is that if he combines this with the lag + falling over teleport trick he could possibly make it to tutortial island depending on how far away from the floating island you can go.

 

Ok, I got that glitch (in the video) going. I can now walk around on thin air.

Sadly this has allowed me to see there is a boundary to the cheese rolling area, and so it is not possible to teleport to tutorial island with this. It might be cool to lie on the floor inside a wall, but really that's not worth the effort.
