Offer appropriately and I'm not desperate to get rid of the accounts so I'd expect equal in return with additional compensation on your part for the account if necessary via RSGP. I do not take accounts as I'm looking to get sell all but a couple of my own accounts I still use.

Expect to go first unless I consider you significantly more trusted than myself.
I am willing to use a trusted MM/OMM if you aren't willing to go first but please have one ready and be ready to pay for it at your own expense.
