Anyone emailed jagex before?

I emailed jagex 15 days ago about my account that had been hacked, I still haven't had a reply from them, does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply? I did have a bankpin but obviously thats been took off and rinsed by now due to their really slow reply... Thanks

 

Lately they've been taking way too long to answer emails. I sent them an email on the 27th and 34 days later I haven't gotten a reply even though the auto response said it would take up to two weeks.

 

One of the best things I find is to message them on twitter, you usually get a faster response

 

I emailed them 3 months ago and haven't got a response yet, recently emailed them 4 weeks ago and no response still -.-

 

Looks like Jagex can't handle all the e-mails and problems..
I bet they get way too many of these :/
I'd just send in a few more if I were you, you never know!

 

I heard that it took 3 weeks for someone, they are too busy ruining the game with squeal to notice accounts getting hacked

 

They will answer fast if your accounts is members lol.

Otherwise post in the account help section from another account.

 

It took 47 days to respond to my friend and he was a member.

 

I sent them an email about a month ago about my banned account and they replied within I believe 3-4 days.

 

I've emailed them on 20th July and since then no reply's from them maybe they have a lot of emails coming through so you'll have to wait patiently.

 

I didn't even know you could email them until a couple of days ago

 

This sucks majorly, I also got an auto-response saying 2 weeks. Rediculous.

 

^ It's been 5 weeks for me without a reply since I've got the "We'll respond in 2 weeks" auto response. :l

Does anyone know if posting on the forums is effective?

 

So it's going to be a long time before I get a reply :/ is there any other ways what makes it quicker?

 

I emailed them regarding a hacked account of mine about a month ago. They were very helpful and responded within three days. After that, I emailed them on two separate occasions and they haven't responded yet.

 

the only reason i have had to email jagex is concerning a billing issue and i got a PROMPT reply, just shows you where their priorities are if it wasnt so apparent already.

If you didn't get a response after a week, you're never going to get one. Considering you emailed them regarding hacking, they probably don't want to deal with it unfortunately.

 

I emailed them once before and they were pretty quick to reply to me as well
Maybe there backed up really bad.

 

Which e-mail did you send the message to? If they are being really slow to respond, try reaching out to them on Facebook or Twitter. Get creative

 

Any website that takes 2 weeks to respond to a help request should outsource to India.
