34k charms is a lot, possibly a month and a half, two months.

 

Around 800 charms per 1k barrages.

around 800 barrages spent an hour.

Do the math yourself.

 

Keep in mind that the roughly 800 charms you can collect per hour/1k barrages is not necessarily all crimson charms. You will obtain a lot of golds, greens, even blues along the way, making your goal of 34k Crimsons take even longer. Make sure you tack on some extra time to your final estimate to make up for that

 

When you need 34k crims. The amount of gold and greens really dont matter or make much difference time wise

 

All depends on how many hours you spend a day doing it, could be 1, 2 or 3 months. Depending on how much time you dedicate to playing RS, and how much of that time is spent killing lobs.

You could also try corp for charms, would take longer but i'm sure you'd see sigils along the way.
