Please take the time to read the chat below. Basically what had happened was that I was going to buy his gamertag for $35, but he gave me 2 fake gamertags (they were working but had absolutely nothing on them, he must have made them 2 seconds ago) and asked me to pay for them or he was going to report me. When I had said no he lowered the amount to $5 then to $2, please ban him or give TWC. Thanks.
