Olympics- Like, Dislike?

Any of you fans of the Olympics? Most of my friends are not, so it's awkward trying to talk about lol.

What are your favorite, or least favorite events?

 

I love it favourites womens beach volleyball for obvious reasons and least favourite is sailing, also I live 15 mins away from the stadium so the atmosphere is great.

I enjoy watching the women play soccer, Alex Morgan is so hot. USA Basketball, Tennis is alright, swimming. Men's soccer not as good being they are more amateur based teams.

 

I've been enjoying it so far. Watched some of the swimming, volleyball, gymnastics and diving yesterday. Pretty impressed so far, but team GB needs more medals

 

I watched Water Polo for the first time yesterday, that must take insane endurance and physical prowess. Of course most of these events do, but those guys are treading water the whole time! Unbelievable. You should check it out.

 

Insane endurance and physical prowess?? did you not see the mens 250km road race lasting almost 7 hours?!?!

 

Women's volleyball was on just now.

I like watching it, I'll watch whatever is on really. Just watched Women's weightlifting.

 

No man, didn't get to see that. That sounds insane

 

I like the olympics, it's always good to watch, espacially as it's in the UK, but it's really bad for traffic

 

I love it tbh, even if it causes me like an extra 20 mins to get to work. Recently been watching the handball, think its quite decent. Cyclings a bit dull imo.

 

I just hate missing certain events because there is so much going on at the same time. I'll be watching swimming and then just find out I missed the USA basketball game. I guess I need a schedule.

 

I'm undecided, seems to be much more orientated around corporate sponsorship and money instead of being an olympic games for the people.

 

I like the Olympics but that is the only time I'm ever going to care about most of the sports played(aside from soccer and basketball). My favorite sport, for obvious reasons, is women's beach volleyball, but I also like water polo and handball.

 

I have tickets too all field events and also the swimming and hockey

 

Yeah, I'm watching the Olympics. I'm tuning into Basketball and Swimming, at the moment. But, I'll see some more events like Track & Field, Badminton, etc.

 

I enjoy watching the Olympics. My favorites are track and field, volleyball and hockey (for the winter games)

 

I catch it on TV when i'm at work, but i'm getting rather sick of hearing about it now, especially when local athletes fuck up or win medals (Tom Daley + the lithuanian girl from Plymouth who won a gold the other day swimming).

I've never been a fan actually, its just something i watch now and then to pass the time
