im intrested, what types of training does it include? like hypertrophy
types of training? size/ stamina/ strength?
im quite athletic, also doing A Level P.e im of reasonable size im more intrested in exspanding my methods of training

 

As outlined in earlier post(s), the guide is aimed at beginners however it does benefit intermediate and advanced users.

It provides information with regards to bodybuilding, fitness, diets, training, etc.

I'm sure the reviews on the original post provide more then enough of an insight to what this package features.

i don't think it provides much of a insight at all, and considering its 42 pages shedding a little more light wouldn't jepordise your guide
