    How long do they fucking take to respond to a recovery request? Hate this new fucking system. Been 5 days...

    5-7 days normally, however they are understaffed for the amount of emails they have/receive on a daily basis.

    Did you get a confirmation email by the automated response system?

    Go on runescape utube website and email mod poppy or something lol. I remember sending them a utube inbox and they replied within 2 days...

    anyways the way i look at it now is no reply means they arent accepting it.. may or may not be right.

    I heard it can takes like forever now, my friend did it like 1 month ago still no response and he sent more then 1 email,, all he get is auto response email.

    i hate there recovery system.. they have recovery questions.. but u dont really use recovery questions to recover ur account? wth

    If it was 40 days and not an exaggeration i would re-send the email, either it got bumped to the bottom or you didn't provide enough information to recover the account.

    Generally if emails aren't replied to you didn't submit enough information to prove you were the original creator.
