Seeking a 2nd High Pardon for an unusual ban

Hello Sythe members, my username is GoldenGates and Airguys, I posted a high pardon a long time ago (I believe it's been over 6 months now) and I really want to come back and do some trading. Here's my story.

A long time ago, my username was GoldenGates, I was a legit player and just wanted to make some $$$ by flipping membership upgrades, so one day I decided I did. I sold about 3-4 upgrades successfully until the 5th one came. Here's how it went:

Someone (can't remember who, I'll call him Bob) offered me $4.00 for an upgrade, and I said yes. So I go to my provider (Discovery Ch.) and ask him to sell me for $3.50, he agrees. Bob gives me the account's username and password. I payed Disc. Ch. and give him info, I wake up the next day and find out that Disc. Ch. pm'd me saying the password does not work. Right below that was a PM from Bob saying he changed the pass because he lent it to someone. So then I PM that password to Disc Ch. and he says "Nice try", and doesn't put the upgrade, I'm guessing he thought I was scamming him so I'm like I want my upgrade, he doesn't give it to me so I chargeback my $3.50. Again the next day I find out I was banned for trying to scam Disc. Ch. I didn't know about pardons so I just left it. Poor Bob never got his upgrade.

So I was quite new to Sythe on GoldenGates so I wasn't so familiar on the ban evading thingy. So I made a new account called Airguys, and after getting over 15 vouches for selling upgrades and accounts and over 400 legitimate posts I got caught for Ban Evading....5 months later...so then I appealed and it got 1 support and 1 no support from FireZ.

GoldenGates had about 10 vouches and 300 posts.
Airguys had 17 vouches and 400 posts.
I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF THE $3.50 ($3.47 because of fees)

I was also about to be a donor on Airguys. All I want is to get back and get a proper 2nd chance. It's been a long time, hopefully I can get back. All I really want to say is I'm sorry for ban evading, that's really the only thing I deserve to be banned for.
