I can't really say whether you're working out is good for your time working as you don't have a before and after picture. Your body is indeed getting more defined. One suggestion, I suggest you take your protein shake after your work outs. You can take one in the morning and then after workout if you prefer to do so but it's better taking it after workout than in the morning if you are planning on taking one drink per day. Keep it up!

Actually in the morning or after a work out are both equally good times to drink your protein shake. It really just depends on whether you eat a sufficient breakfast or not. When you wake up you've basically been in a fasting state for the past 6-10 hours. For this reason it is also a good idea to consume casein protein before bed. It is a slow digesting protein that will last you the whole night, and during the night is when all your muscle repairs itself. Casein powder is pretty expensive, so a cheap alternative to a casein shake is eating cottage cheese. It has a good amount of casein protein in it.

Also as far as drinking multiple protein shakes in a day goes, it's completely unnecessary and usually just a waste assuming you have your diet on lock.

    Before pics?

And try drinking a shake within 30 minutes after your workout.

Looking forward to a 6 month result.

Need before pics to comment on results, otherwise you look just normal.

By the way, are you just of Russian ancestry, or do you actually live in Russia?

Not bad mate, adding protein would defiantly help you out. JW, but what do you do when you workout? Lift, push ups, pull ups etc.?

You should get a pull up bar, doing mass pull ups and push ups along with protein will get your chest/arms looking amazing/strong as fuck.

This has been said but I think it is a necessity to use your protein 15-30 minutes after your workout, also a before/after pic would be very nice, keep up the good work.

Is this the only workout you perform? I don't see any leg workouts.
If you want to get really big, I'd suggest doing a 3-5 day split. Also, the fact that you can do 6 sets of 12 reps is telling me that you aren't lifting heavy enough. I'm not sure what a shoulder row is (never heard of it before) but make sure you are involving a pulling movement in your workout (examples include lat pulldown, pull ups, chin ups, bent over rows). I would also suggest incorporating heavy deadlifts and squats into your routine. They are great compound movements for building mass.

^^This is all just advice and suggestions. Good luck with your gains!

this this this this & i hope to god you just forgot to mention that you squat & or leg press as well, or else you're going to look like one goofy ass dude. your upper body looks to be coming along well, keep it up.

also what kind of core do you do? because from what you posted it legit seems like all you do is arms/shoulders/pectorals.

You look very toned and you should keep on going for months on end to see how big you can get!
