Typical Jagex always giving stuff to those who can't use it, this is where they need to rethink the SoF (I say rethink because there not going to remove it as it rakes money in for them).

not true, graphical errors have been happening to alotttt of people (me included)
i had fragmented/invisible stuff out the ass earlier today.. logging out and reloading page/client fixed it for me. i wish i got a lucky anything. shame its a lvl 3

grats, but i've seen that a lot where low levels get the rare items and they cant even use them >.<

Well congratulations anyways, this is the first lucky weapon I've ever seen a screen shot of someone winning, even though it is on your level 3, and invisible in safe mode

 

Jagex only gives low levels items without use to encourage players to level up. To fix the invisible items you have to set your game to HD settings.

 

Nice i've always wanted a luck rare, i have full dragon ceremonial but no lucky's!
