When I added him he had 3 games on that Henio.Tomas account.

 

I just had 2 more games taken away. I have opened another ticket with Paypal

 

how do you opened a dispute ? I can't because the money was sent as "personal gift" and paypal says me f&ck @ff...

he also scamed me , and steam deleted 4 games I've bought...

 

i also sent money as a gift, but i think its possible to get it back anyway, because his paypal account is clearly scam-account, paypal may give your money back anyway, seeing that alot of people claim disputes. I wrote to paypal, waiting for response atm. To be honest i knew it was a scam, but oh well xD Also my game still works (DayZ), its just not on steam, so no worries

 

where is the to open a dispute if there was a gift, where is the option write to paypal, because don't find it, and also what I shoul write on ? ( please pm me what you have wrote for send them whe same ) thanks and sorry with my english.

 

Press Contact Us on the bottom of the Paypal page, then on "Send us a question by email", then select Disputes > Buyer complaints and just write down that you were scammed, you bought items that you can't use anymore because they were obtained illegally. Aslo write down your transaction ID's and scammers email, which is [email protected] or [email protected] (he has two emails, check to which you've paid). The more reports like this they get, the more chance we all get our money back! So everyone who sent money as a gift should do this.

 

PayPal REFUSES to return your money if they know it's virtual goods. So DO NOT say or suggest that they are. Make it ssound like its a real item and that you received it and it wasn't what you agreed on that's what I did.

Anyway, you go into PayPal and click on the transaction. Click on dispute (doesnt matter if you have to use unauthorized because you paid with gift) and enter the ID of the transaction. Then enter all I just said.

 

I wouldn't suggest selecting as "unauthorised" because as it says it's for unauthorised payments only, they can easily tell if it was unauthorised, which it clearly wasn't... I would just write to support as I mentioned before and hope for the best, thats the biggest chance you get when you send it as a gift... They may actually refund because sellers account is suspicious and alot of people are complaining so it shouldn't even matter if it's a gift or not. His account is probably frozen aswell after all these reports and disputes, so i think there is a chance to get the money back. Well, we'll see...

 

Yeah, scammed my friend too with an Insane 2 gift.
So if we shouldn't mention to PayPal, that we were scammed with Steam gifts, what should we write?
