"bronzehalo" Ban appeal

Hello, to who it may concern, I was banned for supposedly "scamming" the thread is here:http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11248934&posted=1#post11248934

I was turned in by "Pure 2 Da Bone" profile, :http://sythe.org/member.php?u=231956 Who is actually banned Also for reasons unknown to me.

What had me change my mind about purchasing his account is when he "changed" the email to mine. I got a link that i was un-familiar with: "http://imageshack.us/f/651/sythe1.jpg/" Usually It had the user name, but in this case it just said "player" So for all I knew it could have been to a level 3. & it seemed odd that he was content on not giving me the username til i sent all the funds. At this point he starting getting hostile, So I decided to just say forget it and asked him to send abort codes to my email: http://i.imgur.com/SJlft.png & after that I thought it was done with until I got banned. I do admit my behavior did seem a lil odd but for all purposes I did not scam as I never had access to his account.

& Also in response to this accusation: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1438828 : I am not "Kin_folk" I just traded my main for his two pures, I guess the reason why I didn't get scammed was because he was getting a good deal and to this day i have not had a problem with those 2 pures as he gave full info as did I. I'm sure the admins can verify Ip addresses and such or if there is anything I can do to prove that I'm only connected to him threw that Trade.

So to summarize this all up, I'm not a scammer, I have been scammed and it sucks. But I do admit my behavior did seem a bit odd, Maybe TWC worthy but not ban worthy. I apologize for all incontestably I caused. Sythe is my go too for all my runescape needs and such, I just want to be back in the community but that's up to the higher authority what happens to me. So there's my case, I hope we get this all straightened out, Thanks.

 

You started asking for his account information before you sent the payment and you lied about having sent the payment several times during the conversation. It looks like you were just trying to get his account without paying.

Also you have some banned accounts connected with you: Halo21 and sw1tch

 

Sw1tch was banned for fake vouching, halo21 was banned for evasion of sw1tch, and you evaded again on halo211, who was never banned. And I'm not comfortable letting you off the hook for this account mess either, so you'll need to explain all of these things in your pardon
