    Ive never heard of this at all but id assume it to be a glitch because if its an instant kill then people would get 99 range way to fast.

    Basically if you are a member for all of August and September you get one of those four items. I can see it being useful for troll Nex/Corp drops, or probably more likely that people will use it for QBD, Har'Aken, or a quest boss to help them get some nontradeable items that they aren't yet skilled enough to get. Personally, I'd use an insta-kill dart to kill a chicken or cow or something. :D

    im definitely gonna get a few, claim as soon as they are unlocked, and see if i can kill any other players in duel arena or something. Theres defenitely gonna be a few glitches
