    Can't cash in moneypak, will pay for assistance.
    Hello,
    Because I am not yet 18, I am unable to cash in my moneypak into my paypal account. If someone could cash it in on their account, and transfer it to me, I would allow them to keep 10% of the money on the card.

    Ask your parents to do it. Asking a stranger is very risky.
