3DS is a program, not a video. It is the industry standard in 3D modeling. If you are talking about someone who makes tutorials for 3DS then just google it.

There are several different options when you're looking into creating a CGI (computer generated image, AKA 3D) film.
If you're attempting to enhance live-action "real-life" footage: Start with raw film you've video taped, create the 3D effects you wish to incorporate into the film using either AutoDesk 3DS MAX or a similar program, add in the 3D effects using either Adobe After Effects or a similar program.
If you're wanting to create an entirely animated and 3D film, you can probably accomplish what you want to do using a 3D program, again, like AutoDesk 3DS MAX. Then you'd enhance it and "finish" it with, again, a program like Adobe After Effects.

So the programs I suggest you use are AutoDesk 3DS MAX for 3D creation/modeling, and Adobe After Effects for the effects and actual movie making. These programs, however, are very spendy. Combined, the price comes to about 3,000 dollars. However, these can easily be pirated, but since it's against Sythe.org rules, I'm not going to tell you how to do that. You'll have to figure that out on your own.

Word of advice: If you don't already know what program you want to use in order to create a 3D movie/video, then I'm assuming you don't know how to USE these programs. If that's the case, good luck... and read a lot of tutorials... it's a very hard process to master. I've been working with 3DS MAX for over 5 years, and I'm still a major amateur. People go to school for years to accomplish what you want to do.
