How to take off registered email from account

Hey everyone I hope somebody can help me.im buying an account, buy the buyer says he doesn't know the email address or anything. How would he remove it so I could enter mine? Idk if this is changeable, but hopefully one of you can help me, thanks

 

I don't think so you can remove an email anymore, just use a OMM to hold your cash for the seller and when the seller changes the email and everything the OMM will give the seller the money.

 

Problem is, the seller doesn't even know the registered email. He just knows there is one registered. Idk if he's trying to scam me, or if he bought from some1 and they never gave email.

 

he trying to scam he can easily submit an appeal and get it back don't trust him
