Buying Low Level Account: Seal of Approval or Easter Ring

Looking for a low combat leveled account (3-50), without any skills done. Must have seal of approval emote or easter ring. Payment in RSGP, between 1-3m depending on level, name, and which of the two specifications it has.

I noticed the price range was a slight small, so I'm adding an account swap. So you can choose the 1-3m, or a level 63 account, with all the scarfs and hats from the 2005 chrismas event, and the zombie head from the 2005 halloween event. Or if you'd like and it is worth it, I will give both.

I have a level 89 account that has the Seal of Approval emote. 3m isnt enough though.
