Running more than one Power bot bot at once without VIP

So I was trying to figure out how to do it, because basically I am cheap lmao, and it was actually very easy to do.

1. Go to your program files, and copy your whole java folder.
2. Paste you Java folder anywhere, for simplicity I picked just "C:"
3. Copy this script into notepad and save as run.bat

Code:

@echo off
C:\Java\jre7\bin\java dot exe -jar -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m "Location of RSBot jar file."
pause

4. Run the BAT file
5. Profit, and say thanks

Tried this but can't get it running
Did I do something wrong?

I copied the Java just like your under C:\

 

I did it like you said copied the whole Java folder and put it on desktop, then did the part with run.bat but if i click to run it, it says: couldnt' find the path something like that

 

You have to include the file and filename in the location of your powerbot jar.
Like-
C:\documents\RSBot-4024.jar

 

Nice, ill have to try it when my VIP runs out, could have saved me $8.

Instead of dot exe you have to put .exe for some reason when I tried to post it that way it wouldn't work.

 

Now I have it like you said, but still can't find the path :s

I've done this for the bat.

As sonic_fanrs showed you can run basically as many as you want by putting the java folder in different locations and redirecting the .BAT file.

Care to share what the other way is?

 

I don't want to ruin your fun, but since update 4025 you can run two instances without being a VIP. Using your method does not let you make more than two, so it does nothing at all.

 

Copy this into notepad and save as run.bat in the same folder as your rsbot folder: @echo off
java -jar -Xmx2048m RSBot*.jar
pause

Run rsbot through that.

Works for me
