Double Korasiing?

So today I bought my ring of vigour from the dung guy, and i went to try double korasiing and I think that it has been patched. When I spec somebody, i have to wait between 40-50seconds befor i have enough spec to spec again. AM i doing something wrong or is it actually patched?

 

You have to use a timer so that your spec regenerates just after your 1st spec, start the timer as soon as you log in, and spec at about 28seconds, and it will regen at 30 seconds

 

Not sure exactly, but there was a method to get double korasi specs. You can't just spec once from 100% spec and expect to get the second one since spec recharges every 30 sec and the time prob doesn't start until you have under 100% spec.

You could use a spec wep that uses a low amount of spec (Like a magic longbow) on the guard at edgeville. Then you have 25-28 seconds to find someone to spec, and if you spec once before the 30 sec is over, it'll restore at the right time to give you a second spec.
