London Olympics

The olympics are in 4 days, who's tuning in, and what event(s) are you planning to watch specifically? I wonder at the trepidation the athletes must be feeling... must be very anxious.


I'm watching, I'm exciting for the opening ceremony and for swimming/diving, Judo, archery, soccer, and I think I'll look into the Modern Pentathlon for the Fencing event too.

 

The only reason i ever watch the Olympics is to criticize the swimmers and gymnasts.

 

I've never really watched the Olympics but I'm definitely tuning in this time. I saw a commercial for it and it totally interested me. I'm gonna watch every one of them just to see what I like and don't like because I really don't know the feel to them as like I said, I've never watched the Summer Olympics before.

 

I honestly hate the Olympics as it fucks with my tv schedule and its a huge waste of money.

Other than that I'll prolly tune into track events and swimming if I'm bored.

 

Only watching Boxing and Basketball, and whatever Lolo Jones is in.

 

I'm primarily interested in the basketball portion of the Olympics, but I'll try to tune in on some other events here and there (swimming, track & field, etc.).

 

Well I'm working during the Olympics and have access from the back to have a chance to catch several sneak peaks of the games for eg. Basketball

 

I enjoy watching any of the events except for the marathons and road cycling races they get kind of boring. The ones I am mostly looking forward to though are the BMX'S and gymnastics.

 

Probably nothing, never really cared for the Olympics as they seem a waste of time and money.

 

I'm looking forward to it, despite the fact that transport is going to be absolute hell for the duration. I'm mainly interested in the sailing. I reckon Team GB have a really good chance of getting a big haul of medals so that should be good.

 

I'm going to watch the opening ceremony, basketball, swimming, and really whatever else is on. I love how exciting some of the events are.

 

going to the paraolympics got tickets, and got tickets for mens football but it's a bit long to go to as well, other than that i will watch most sprinting events on tv.

 

Soccer & tennis in particular. The others will be whatevers on when i'm watching tv.

 

I live close to the Olympics, not looking forward to it really, going to be loads of tourist and people around.

 

Basketball and swimming, if I can bare through it.

 

Ahh I'm so excited for the Olympics!

Mainly, basketball and swimming but I find everything to be quite interesting, and the open ceremony is always fun to watch.

 

Am gunna tune in for the opening ceremony and reception taekwondo can't wait to watch it.

 

I'll be looking forward to watching Football (soccer)
And I also wonder, will they be playing Quidditch during the Olympics??
