Hearts scammed me, (re-report) new evidence

Well i was trying to find more ways to find solid evidence against this prick who stole 300M that i was going to use for cash for my 21st birthday tomorrow, He claims his imposter added me but here is my evidence. First: i never posted on his thread i only PMd him with my msn, sure one could say his imposter could access my public profile and add my msn but how would he know i was going to trade with him? If i never posted on his thread in the beginning out of all the members on sythe he just guessed i was about to trade with hearts? Oh and if that isn't enough, i havn't updated my profile since around 2008, which means the msn in there isn't even the msn i told him to add.

Now onto my pictures, he has done a good part in "covering" up his scam but i believe put all the evidence together and it looks pretty solid with this new peice of evidence i just posted.








I hope this makes someone believe me a little more, i live paycheck to paycheck and was trying to get some money so i could get a little fucked up on my 21st birthday on july 23rd but this prick ruined that moment for me, so i hope karma gets this little kid here soon.

 

After speaking with you yesterday, I agree that this is very odd and that the chances of an impostor adding you after you privately messaged Heart are extremely slim.

I messaged Heart yesterday afternoon and still haven't got a response. I will give him a chance to answer to this first before anybody is banned.

 

As you can see here, Belac was active on September 18th 2011, next on July 04 2012, and finally on July 20 2012, the day before the alleged incident.

His last post was on Busta305's thread with an offer to sell 300M. Note that he DID post his MSN address publicly at his point.



His next 2 posts after posting on Busta's thread, were scam accusations posts on Heart's thread. The PM and subsequent scam must have happened in between.



After speaking with Heart on MSN, he tells me that he didn't receive the private message until DURING their conversation. He claims that Berac posted on one of his threads saying "I am interested" before he PM'd Hearts.

However, as you can see in the previous pictures, there are no records of Berac ever posting "interested" on any threads before PM'ing Hearts.





I also asked Heart to screen shots both the initial PM and his own response, for time stamp purposes.

Superman has reviewed this report and supports my opinion on this. Heart is now banned for scamming/impersonating himself.
