How did you join Sythe?

Well I just thought it could be interesting to know where you guys came from (other forums, google, ads).

I personally can vaguely remember, but I believe it was because of another community that went under the name of Dodian.

 

I remember my cousins going on here YEARS ago and selling gold and I just wanted to do the same now.

I think I just stumbled across it via Google.

 

Dodian brought me here as well. Sad to see it closed down

 

My mate told me about it in probably 2008, read the forums quite regularly during 2009 as it was interesting but actually didn't end up making my own account until 2010.

 

Found out about it in 05. I believe I made an account, but I stopped using it after like a month and have forgotten about it since. I friend told me about it and after that I just browsed it looking for bots to use.

 

Shame you don't have your 2005 account anymore, would have been great to have a account with a 2005 that shows you was with Sythe from the start.

 

Yeah well I guess Nostalgia held it for a while but it later on became a forum full of ghosts, it didn't really have a purpose. It was my favourite server back in its prime. Username? Mine was Killamarks.

 

I have one from 2006 that has no posts, but I can't remember the password.

I believe I was after a rare name, and the communities I were a part of were shit for that sort of thing.

I came here and got scammed twice straight off the bat. This is my second account here, as an Admin hard deleted my older account for no good reason. Still have no idea who did it and for what reason, because moderating another community is not a suitable answer.

 

cp was an old forum mod here, introduced me to the website and got me hooked.

 

Admins abusing their powers... typical RS related problem, too much immature cunts.

 

I don't have beef with the admins, nor do I really care about what went on back then but in some cases there was a bit of power abuse and someone went a bit too far. That's all i'm going to say on the matter.

 

Don't have any beef with the current admins, I was simply referring to the power abuse I've witnessed countless ammounts of times!

 

After getting into this phase where I was obsessed with buying and selling accounts, I stumbled across Sythe via Google, I believe.

I think I just typed in "Runescape Black Market" and it came up first.

What do ya know? Sythe comes up second when you search that in Google.

 

I think I was looking for a RS pin or bots and found it probably by googling something related.

 

I was on RSBuddy forums when i got linked to this nifty little place, been here ever since.

 

I first came here back in 2007, friend told me he bought/sold rsgp here. (it was about $5/mil at the time? Can't really remember).

Came here again in february, hadn't played rs in 6 months and wanted to get rid of my rsgp initially, decided to sell account as well.
