[REQ]{PP} Need a Youtube Intro made!

Title pretty much says it, I'm looking for an intro for my Youtube videos. I'm not too creative so I'd be taking advantage of your artistic skills and your creativity. I have some very vague guidelines I'd like to follow(like some themes and color scheme ideas) but it really is up to you how you'd like to take it.
