Have you ever had Acne?

I used to have it a lot when I was like 10-11 then I started eating less sugar and washing my hands and my face a lot and then it reduced.

 

Up until I was 14 it was bad, from 14-18 I would have breakouts every now and then, 18+ a pimple every now and then if I'm really stressed.

 

Depends, the extent of my acne is the random annoying whitehead which pop up when I stay up late at night (Stress + Late nights = Acne, at least for me)

 

I think it may just be only me, but this doesn't help because of the way I sleep.
I'm one of those people who have maybe 20% of their head on the actual pillow.

Though I don't have a problem with acne, I think this may be the same problem with other people too.

 

Yeah I had a mild form of acne in my face about 2 years ago. Dont shave, dont masturbate and not creatine, that did the trick for me

 

The masturbation thing is a myth. Also, don't shave? If you can't grow decent facial hair, then you end up looking like a beaner. My skin actually feels better after I shave.

 

I used to have it bad when I was around 14-15. Nowadays it's the occasional spot that pops up, but it's relatively easy to sort out.

 

I can put shit on my face and still won't get any, so I don't see why a pillow has anything to do with it lol

 

Perhaps it's the long exposure to dirt/grease/spunk or whatever shit you've done to your pillow your face endures that enrages the pores as to spoil your beautiful face.
