I will be selling SMS upgrade Pins here, they are very easy to buy, if I trust you I might go first (don't count on it), if not we can use a MM/OMM, or you can go first.

I sell them for 10m each. They are incredibly easy to buy, the way the transaction works; I give you my phone number, you enter it in the Runescape upgrade page under Pay By Mobile, I receive a message with the confirmation Pin, the gold is then traded to the MM or to me, then I will tell you the Pin and voila. The account is upgraded. ^_^
