P/C On Nearly Maxed Turm Rune Pure (IMBUES/2 Tokhaar-Kal/B Gloves/100% quested!)

Hey guys, im currently thinking about selling my nearly maxed 60/40 turm rune pure. I was thinking about gettin SoA (Storm of Armadyl) with 60 attack and being a tornado nazi, BUT, i dont know if i want to put that much time into the game if im not going to be playing in the next couple of months. The account has ALL of the stats needed for ALL of the quests/pre-quests for SoA. As well as has all the requirements for the Ardy Cloak 3.
Here are the combat stats:
Attack: 60 (quested with Barrel Chest Anchor)
Strength: 96
Defence: 40 (quested 100%)(b Gloves) Also, i will be going 42 def for handcannon, and the Lava Flow Mine for the Gold Minning Suit.
Range: 93
Prayer: 95
Magic: 96 (With disruption shield)
Hp (Life Points): 91
Summoning: 71 (has a good amount of charms in the bank, will edit and put in exact amount when i get home)

Here are some of the high/note-able skills:
Farming: 81 (you can repair polypore sticks/staffs with this)
Cooking: 80
Crafting: 76
Agility: 77
Firemaking: 75
Smithing: 70
Minning: 68 (I'm getting 76 in the next day or two)
Slayer: 60

Construction: 71 (Have a altar (g) in your house, as well as a fire pit to kill yourself to restore special/hp/etc..)

Wealth of the account:
The account has around 300-500m worth of items. Might be more, i haven't done a bank check in a long time. I have 99 range banked along with 80+ Summoning (in barrages).

$200 for the account and then $180 if you have 400m.

The $200 is only if you can find someone who will pay that and not many people would pay that much buying from someone who hasnt spent years and gained a load of trust off here.

Also that price was if you were to max out the range, mage, and strength, as well as hp

What if i were to max it, but get SoA/Wolp with it as well?

 

keep the defence and attack where its at. youd need to get 96+ summoning for it to gain alot of value. Soa would help increase the price by like $20 but the most profit would come from leveling all stats 80+ except the pure stats that you currently have

edit: the market for accounts right now sucks... youd be lucky to get that price max. thats in consideration that the economy sucks and that you are not of higher status here on sythe.
