[WTB] Looking to hire a coder for a RSPS! [WTB]

Hi, I'm opening up a RSPS with a friend of mine, and I'm looking to hire a coder.

I can't pay a ton, but I can pay you a flat rate for coding a server for us and continually pay you smaller amounts for any updates we require*. You'll also get a developer rank on our forums as well as administrator in game once you finish with the coding.

*Please note that with this flat rate paid for coding the server, if there are any bugs, exploits, dupes or glitches that need to be fixed, you won't be paid extra. You'll need to fix all of those problems within the flat rate payment. That rate is expected to cover basic RSPS coding, any UPDATES for things we want to ADD to the server I'll pay extra for.

I'm looking for WELL-KNOWN members ONLY who PREFERABLY have a coding rank. I'm not looking for any newbies. Definitely not.
