Scammed me ( i think it was pre meditated}

This is how it all started. I offered to buy his account for 300m.

I told him i didnt have the full amount of rsgp at the moment but i have 40-50m to put down on it. HE told me keep it untill i have atleast half of it which is lke 150m so i said ok thanks man.

Then a couple of days go past nothing we were doing good i was putting no RSGP on the account. But then i got a service which paid 30m i put it on the account cause we werent having any problems i was like maybe he will see the 30m and it will be like well he is getting some of it to pay me ill just leave it alot but yes he changed the password, deleted me off MSN and kicks me from the clan chat on runescape.

And he wont even give me my 30m back if my 30m is given back i will forget about this account and move along thanks but consdering he deleted me off everything i dont think he wants to give it back

Briefly explain the trade:
How they scammed: Ill shorten this he made deadlines he didnt keep as for money left on the account I didnt agree he could use my account to bank himself gp while ignoring my pms. I had every intention of having a good trade just wasnt prepared to lose access to the account on downpayments which he didnt keep he stopped me using other sellers ill post up all relevent pics but im not at fault atall I gave him plenty of time.
