    Possible ban evader.
    I've PM'd Growdie to ask him about it. Due to the amount of unregistered Growdie's on his IP, it is possible that he has already been banned for it, posted a pardon, and been accepted. I am giving him a chance to discuss it truthfully rather than ban him first and ask questions later.

    Thank you for the report though, I will update you personally when I hear back from him.
