How To Get Rid of Newcomer Status?

Hi there, I was only wondering how long or how many posts it would take to get rid of this pesky newcomer status? It is a hinderance when trading with anyone, whether buying or selling. Can anyone tell me, or is it just random? Thanks.

You can get rid of that status but you can't get rid of that join date. ^.^

Just become very helpful, knowledgeable and try to get as many vouches as possible. Possibly even donate! Will help you alot if you do both of those. as if you are a donator you get trades faster and more safely as they see you are faithful to the site.
