I'm not sure how practical this would be for you, but you could always get an IRL job (or if you have one, work extra hours).
With that money, you can buy RSGP and get back to where you were.
I have no idea if you can manage that, but even getting $10/h, you will essentially be earning 16-18m RSGP/h if you want to look at it that way.

Instead of 800 hours of frost dragons, you would have 55 hours - 62.5hours.

 

Best Legitimate ways currently:

Kilns - Onyx is like 5m, 5m per hour if you lock your timing down
Frost dragons - frost bones price vary but its good cash if you can find a world.
Killing revenants - Corrupt items such as a statius go for 2-4m lets hope you get lucky and get non corrupt vesta's? but watch out for pker and dont skull
Barrows - Depending on your luck is around 2m per hour, use polypore the runes from the chest will cover this

Stake
Borrow cash from a friend and pvm? (not legit because you're borrowing money)

 

why dont u do what u did to get that 1.6b initially but this time do it 16 hrs a day

 

Stay away from the H/C or the Frosty Flowers or the Flower poker. Every single one of them host has a higher chance to win so either make a new Gambling Clan and get it huge or go to Duel arena.

As stated above fight kiln if you have the combat for it. It may take a little over an hour but it is still fast and effective.

if you don't have all that but have 95 slayer try ganodemic beasts around 2.2m an hour alot easier and more intresting then frosties this methord earns

if you have 85 dungeering 3rd
frost dragons around 1.5-2.5m depending on familiar ie pack yack will mean that trips can last 2 hours + but frosties is very boring and the special move that reflects damage is anouying too.

 

Now that bots are out, you can run a service for 3-4 people for about $100 profit.
If you keep doing that you should be able to get the whole 1.6B back within a month if you're dedicated to the services.

You should start off with frost dragons, then once you hit a good cash pile then you should start flipping cause its basically a none risk way of making money! dont start gambling too much cause you could lose it all quick

fatsest way to earn 1.6b imo is buying 800m, staking 800m, winning, then staking another 800m, selling that 800m for the same price that you bought it at. This is a huge risk though, but it deffinately could work out. Good Luck!
