Fake Vouches? - Julia

Reason:

Seems like most of her Vouches were from Freshly made sythe accounts with 0 posts.

I ran all their IP's and there is no IP match whatsoever. But I am 100% certain that you are right and they are all fake vouches.

The grammar and poor English is very much the same, and they all say "Vouched" instead of "Vouch" which makes it pretty obvious those accounts were created solely for the purpose of vouching.

Banning them all now, thanks for the report Travis
