iPhone 3GS stuck in DFU/Recovery Mode

I need some advice on how to sucessfully get out of DFU mode, restore the iPhone to its factory settings?

DFU mode is already setup, all I did was plug in the iPhone and restore and then a error pops up.

Pop would say it has an error restoring and 1050 error

If its in DFU mode, you can restore it in iTunes by clicking restore. And if you are unable to restore your iPhone in iTunes for whatever reason, for example you have said your getting a 1050 error, you can try this:

There are numerous software/programs out there, which can force your device out of DFU mode, this will not harm your device, i have done it myself, whilst jail breaking my old iPod Touch i got it stuck once in DFU mode and iTunes wouldn't restore it.

I googled around and found a program to force it out of DFU mode, you should try the same, i can't remember the names of any but google around and you'll find one in no time.

But before you try this, have you tried the basic procedures of holding down the power/home button for 15 seconds etc? can sometimes be a easy fix.

    yeah

    i've done everything.

whenever I turn on the iPhone, theres this logo where it says I have to connect my iPhone to the computer and with the itunes logo. Once I restore, its almost finished and then errors up. I feel like just going to an amusement park, go up to a free fall ride and then dropping it and troll everyone if I can't get this fixed.
