Can I trust Player Auctions to buy an account?

If I was to buy an account on Player Auctions that has Player Guardian can they still recover it back?..only has 1 year of protection..after a year do you think they are likely to recover??

 

i found an account i really like..im willing to pay the price for it, just scared after a year they will recover the account

It is possible to recover ANY account. All PA is doing is offering to refund you if something happens. But by then you would have wasted a lot of time into the account.

 

This, also you will often have put valuables onto the account and I'm fairly sure PA doesn't account for them in a refund. Only purchase from VERY trusted members in any case.

 

It's been answered already, but I'm going to go ahead and say what I have to say.. No, it's not safe.. I personally see the risk as "lower" but not 100%. I would feel safer buying an account on PA compared to Sythe, but the same general rules should still apply.. You should still go by feedback for the most part, you should go by how their previous sales have gone, etc.

Since the account recovery system has been changed, it's alot less dangerous than it used to be.

 

if i enter recovs, email, facebook link, and everything else, wouldnt it be hard for him to get access to the account again? also if i paied for membership with a CC?

 

Don't buy accounts, bot 20 different ones, 1 will survive, buy gold, move on.

Accounts are 99.9999999999% scammed back, you finding someone you can trust is so rare.

 

1 year protection, i asked them to email me if they take the account back 2 years from now. well see what they say.i dont have the time i used to have to bot or play this game anymore..i lost all my accounts and i wanna pk, sure i can buy gold, but the bots suck now.

 

You think that someone would wait an entire year to recover their account? Im betting they recover it in a month if they have the intention of recovering it. I think you can change around alot of the information though, and maybe reset recoveries?

 

thats the thing..im wondering if i can change enough information to secure the account into my hands.

 

I forgot who, but i saw in someone's signature here that a Sythe mod/omm has a really trusted account shop.

Edit: It's Video. According to his thread, he sells accounts ranging from 500m/1.5b ($300-$750, sometimes more). The thread has great feedback and he's sold like 10 accounts. He also states he will offer a full refund if the account is recovered.

It is incredibly hard to recover an account if the email is changed now after there new update you can only recover through email now :/

 

Just buy membership, with a credit card. Buy a month, and change everything possible. Including Facebook, Email, Recoveries, etc. With the credit card, you have top priority to getting the account back, being that it will ask the CC info, (latest used), when recovering an account. You would then have top priority to the account, over the creator.

(This is how it used to be, not 100% sure now though.)

Account sales are always risky why not buy some gp then train the account up? ( the fun way!)

 

You cant really trust any account sale. With player auctions what you need to do is find an account with 1 years insurance + PA verified thats the best way to do it.

 

I wouldn't buy an account from PA unless it's from a very trusted account seller. I made that mistake a year ago and when the account got recovered they wouldn't do shit about it even though I bought the insurance. PA would only refund me if I could provide solid proof like a ss of the account seller saying he recovered the account or something like that. It's really hard to prove the seller recovered the acc and your not trying to keep the acc and the cash.

 

Tbh I really like PA i have used them to buy accounts in the past and only 1 was ever recovered and he did it within 24 hours but I got a full refund from PA.

 

I think that its risky but playerauctions would probably refund you if you take it up with them.
